Automation & integrations

Less copying between systems. One process you can follow.

We connect the information that comes into your business with the actions that need to follow: in your management systems, email, documents, forms and messaging channels.

What can be connected

ERP and CRM, accounting systems, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, websites, forms, files and third-party APIs — depending on each system's connection options and permissions.

System names describe experience and options to check, not a promise. Reading data, importing files, partial updates, writing back and real-time actions are different scopes — and we check the scope in every project.

What we plan beyond the connection itself

  • Which system is the source of truth for each piece of data.
  • Which direction data flows, and how often.
  • How duplicates or missing data are detected.
  • What happens when the other system is unavailable.
  • Who gets alerted and who is allowed to fix it.
  • Which actions need approval before writing or sending.

Example: a website enquiry that carries on to handling

Not just a “form sent” message.

  1. Captured

An enquiry from the website is captured with the requested service.

  2. Assigned

It's assigned to the right track for that kind of request.

  3. Opened

A record opens in the target system, within the permissions set.

  4. Visible

The team is notified, and anyone can see what happened to the enquiry.

An example of a process that can be scoped. What gets automated depends on the systems, permissions and needs of each business.

Common questions

Do we need to replace our systems?

Not necessarily. We first look at what already works and what can be connected. If a new component is needed, we define how it fits with the systems you already run.

Can we keep using our current system during the rollout?

Where it fits, we plan a period of parallel work and a gradual move. The decision depends on the system and the risk — it isn't automatic.

How do we know a sync is complete and up to date?

We define a source of truth for each piece of data, checks for duplicates and missing values, and who is alerted when something doesn't go through. How it's verified is agreed up front.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

It depends on the process, the systems, the data and the scope of development and rollout. After a short conversation we can define a first stage and a matching proposal.

Which piece of work keeps coming back too often?

Tell us what happens today, which systems you use and where things get stuck. We'll look at whether to connect what you have, build a dedicated tool or bring in an AI agent.
